Purchasing a property is often one of the most significant financial decisions an individual will ever make. However, it is not uncommon for problems to arise after completion of the transaction and transfer of possession. Structural dampness, faulty electrical systems, or construction deficiencies may appear only after the buyer has already taken ownership of the property. These issues are commonly referred to as hidden defects.

Changes in Filing a Civil Lawsuit

Starting from April 1, 2025, anyone wishing to file a civil lawsuit will be REQUIRED to first resort to an appropriate means of dispute resolution as provided in Article 2 as a prerequisite for the admissibility of the lawsuit.
